Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Less than 24 hours notice: A $25 cancellation fee may apply.
No-shows: A $40 no-show fee will be required before future bookings.

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given 24 hours before the original appointment.

If weather conditions prevent service (rain, storms, freezing temperatures), your appointment will be rescheduled at no cost.

If we are delayed due to previous appointments or traffic, we’ll contact you promptly with an updated ETA.
